The water rose up to 1ft 10 today. 1 fish was lost in the plain tree on a vision 110.

Todays fish took a wee while to recover but with time and patience he swam off to continue his journey upstream
Here's Mr Tony Ross with his 13.5lb salmon taken from the alders pool today or a harled tomic. Tony's fish took at least 150 yards of line and prefered to do its fighting on the opposite bank from us. This was an incredible fight for the fish of this size, we thought it may have been bigger. Good steady pressure and Tony safly brought the fish to the net. Very well done Tony.

You need to look closely due to the peaty water but you can see the salmon's mouth breathing away, the fish swims off around the 1minute 6 seconds on the video

The river rose to 1ft 10" by lunchtime but in the afternoon dropped back to 1ft 2"
