We landed 2 rawners today and had a hold of 2 silver fish that were lost during the battle, we'll never know what they were now.

Fly Fishing The Cotter Pool From The Anchored Boat

Here we are using the anchored boat to put the angler over some on the further out lie's in the cotter pool during the lower water in January. We tend to fish in this way when the water is below 1ft 6 on our gauge, Water levels above that harling is the prefered method of using the boat.
