10lb Tay Salmon

Mr Steven Blair, originally from Perthshire but who now resides in Perth, Western Australia and is over visiting family, fished Newtyle on Friday and landed this 10lb sealiced fish, his 1st ever Salmon.
On Thursday, Mr Colin Wilkie fished for a couple of hours in the late afternoon and landed 2 fly caught sealiced Grilse, 1 from the tail of the Cotter and the other from the Boil.
On Monday afternoon we were joined by the Sky Sports HD cameras, filming for their Tight Lines programme which is hosted by Keith Arthur. Anne Woodcock, FishPal's marketing director was also present and casting like a Pro, but alas, nothing was landed. Conditions were difficult as it was really bright and the water very low and clear.
Thanks to Anne Woodcock and Jock Montieth for helping to improve the profile of the Tay.
