This 8lb fish was caught this afternoon from the Middle of the Trap left bank. It was caught first cast after being out in the boat with Calum, I also caught a 12lb fish this morning first cast from the same spot in the Trap but as i was sliding the fish towards the net the hook pulled and the air turned blue...
They were caught on the same fly. I dont know what its called, it was given to me 2 years ago by a Stormont Angling club angler and was apparently a featured fly in Trout & Salmon around that time.
