Here's my 8lber landed today on the Calvin Shrimp in the Cotter Bay.From the creator of the deadly Park Shrimp Mr Ross MacDonald has created another absolutly stunning fly and it could even be more deadly than the park shrimp. During field testing the "Calvin" has been a huge sucess on all the rivers its been tried on even outshining the park shrimp so it must be good. Above is a couple of action video's of the Calvin Shrimp in action, no salmon will be able to resist the movement of these flies.

The water dropped 8" today down to 4ft at 6pm. Mr Sam Burgoyne landed a sea liced 4lb grilse, Ms Amelia Johnstone landed a 2lb sea trout, also 6 brown trout were landed
The river has dropped a fair bit over night but is still carrying colour, it may be ok for fishing tomorrow. If you plan to book fishing for tomorrow please give me a call tonight to check the water colour. I wouldnt want people to waste time and cash if the water is not worth fishing
